When: Fri Dec 28, 2012, Sat Dec 29, 2011 & Sat Jan 5, 2013
Time: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Where: Camp Big Timber, 37W955 Big Timber Road, Elgin, IL
Cost: Early Bird – Scouts $ each Adults $ each (Fees available Fall 2012)
After Dec. 10th – Scouts $ each Adults $ each
Registration is limited to 250 Scouts each session (first come basis)!
(sessions fill up-register early. Cost includes lunch, patch, & hot chocolate/coffee.
Requirements: Same as Day Camp, minimum of 2 adults per group and 1 adult for every 5 Scouts above 10. A current Annual Health & Medical Record (sections A & B) is needed for all participants! A roster of participants for each Pack is required (see website).

PRE-REGISTRATION & Payment IS REQUIRED (register early this program will fill up) No WALK-IN REGISTRATIONS OR PAYMENTS!! Reservations must be cancelled in writing at least 1 week before the event to be considered for a refund.

Please try to car pool if possible – with snow on the ground parking is very limited!
