HOW TO USE THE TFC ONLINE STORE
Welcome to the Three Fires Council Online Store where you can register & pay for selected Scouting activities & trainings
Please read these directions carefully BEFORE using the ONLINE STORE for the first time! Refer back to them as needed.
The TFC Online Store is located on the LEFT sidebar of the Three Fires Council Website (www.threefirescouncil.org) below the calendar.
1. Click on the List All Products Link
2. Click on the NAME of the 1st product you wish to view. (This is a link to the product's description.)
3. Read the product description and TERMS of sale carefully.
4. Enter a number in the QUANTITY box located next to the CART on the bottom of the product's description page.
5. Click on Add to Cart (or go back to the main Store page & select a different product.)
6. You can now see your CART. If you want to add more products or alter your order, you can do so on this page.
7. When you have all your order selected, click on CHECKOUT, located at the bottom of your CART
8. Returning customers will put in their Username & Password & click on the LOGIN button.
9. New Users must register & create a username & password. Click on the NEW button to fill out the online form.
NOTE: When you agree to terms of service & click on SEND REGISTRATION, an ACTIVATION email will be sent to YOUR email account. You must retrieve it in your email account & click on the ACTIVATION link that is provided in order to activate your account. Your account is now active & you can use the user name & password to access your cart & check out. Save your user name & password for future TFC Transactions. These will now work on future online purchases & registrations & reservations for trainings & activities, on the TFC website.
10. Access your CHECKOUT CART & PAYMENT METHOD. You may pay online using a credit card, or click on the Pay Offline button. Click NEXT. (Online Pay is done on through a secure payment company & credit card information is NOT stored onsite.)
11. Review your order for accuracy. Make any corrections. Review all terms & conditions.
12. Click CONFIRM ORDER to finish your purchase. An email confirmation will be sent to your email account.
WHEN MAKING OFFLINE PAYMENTS
1. Please print out the email Purchase Order Confirmation & include it with your payment.
2. If calling in a payment to the Scout Shop, please give them the Purchase Order Number found on your Order.
