Indoor Session - Thursday November 17, 2011 - 6:30-9pm - LDS Church, Geneva
Outdoor Session - Saturday December 10, 2011 - 8:30am - 1pm - Camp Big Timber, Elgin Overnight Campout - Friday/Saturday January 13-14, 2012 - 6pm Fri - 5pm Sat - Camp Big Timber, Elgin
Our Outdoor Session has been moved from the "Adventure Camp" in Rochelle to Camp Big Timber for the Okpik Overnight Session due to a scheduling mixup. Same as last year, Staff can come out and set up tents anytime after lunch on Friday 1/13. We will have a staff dinner about 3:30 or 4PM.
Participants will again arrive no earlier than 5PM. The idea is to have all Patrols meet at 5PM and start the compass course to find their campsite. Staff will camp right wehere we did last year next to the tree line. Registration will take place by Patrol as they are doing the compass course they should stop at Ansil when they go by and register. Sorry for the change but we really should have a cabin for anyone who has an issue with the cold overnight or during the day session.
